Physiotherapy

I have been working as a Physiotherapist in Whakatane since 1998.  Firstly at Whakatane Hospital and then in Private Practice since 2011.

My area of interest is in musculoskeletal health, particularly rehabilitation after sprains or strains, assisting with mobility, strength and function post operatively and treating all kinds of sports and work injuries.

I enjoy using manual therapy, massage therapy, acupuncture and dry needling techniques as well as exercise prescription, taping and Bioptron light therapy  to help reduce pain, inflammation, assist in the body’s healing process and rehabilitate the body back to optimal strength and fitness.
